Hi, My name is Sue

I am an MNU certified nutritionist, recovered Yo-Yo dieter, lifter of heavy things and champion and advocate for menopausal women everywhere.

I believe women deserve clear, evidenced-based guidance and advice to support their midlife health. So many of us have spent decades struggling with our relationship with food and the lifelong impact of having been brought up in the diet culture of the 80’s and 90’s.

We have believed for so long that we need to mistreat our bodies in order to lose weight and be smaller.

It’s time to change that narrative.

MY STORY

Are you navigating the complexities of menopause while leading in the boardroom? You’re not alone.

As a CEO with over 25 years in corporate B2B sales, I experienced firsthand the challenges that come with menopause; the crippling brain fog, dips in confidence, sudden anxiety and unexpected hot flashes that always seemed to come during crucial meetings. Having to manage my symptoms alone with no support, fueled my transition to become a Certified Nutritionist and Menopause Educator, specializing in helping executive women like you.

I understand the unique challenges female executives face during menopause. You’re stressed out; time poor and not able to pay the kind of attention to your midlife health that you should be. Your body doesn’t respond like it used to and you simply don’t have the time to take a step back and reassess what it really needs through the menopause transition.

My own experience with perimenopause, while navigating a high-pressure corporate career, forced me to rethink my health and career. By educating myself and discovering personal solutions, I turned my journey into a way to support and empower other women facing the same challenges.

My commitment to research and science is the cornerstone of my practice. I gained an Associates Degree in Advanced Nutritional Science, ensuring that I stay abreast of the latest findings and lead all my services with an evidence-based approach.

No faddy diets or demonizing of food groups here!

My Philosophy:

At the heart of my practice lies a commitment to evidence-based, common-sense strategies and giving midlife women unconditional permission to eat. My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every woman should be empowered to feel her absolute best through midlife.

I offer a truly personalized 1:1 approach. Meeting clients where they are, I facilitate the hard work required to transform both body and mindset. Change is hard and requires dedication and perseverance, but transformation is attainable at any age when you have the right tools in place.

My approach is biopsychosocial, incorporating the biological, psychological, and social elements that influence a client’s response to nutrition and health. I challenge negative mindsets and work collaboratively with my clients to help them reach their health goals. Together, we develop sustainable lifestyle habits that allow them to lead the lives they want while honoring and nourishing their bodies.

Remember - we all deserve to feel fabulous, whatever fabulous means to you!
