I’m a PN Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach and an IIN Health Coach. I am a menopause educator and advocate.
I help women understand menopause and provide them with the tools they need to create healthy, sustainable lifestyles so they can feel fit, well and empowered.
My goal is to educate my clients so they understand what is happening to their bodies and help them discover ways to consistently eat healthier foods, incorporate daily movement & to create healthy sustainable lifestyle habits so they can thrive through menopause and beyond.
MY STORY..
Perimenopause snuck up on me because I honestly didn't know it was a thing!
I was around 43 when I started to notice changes to my periods but when I look back now I realize that my body was changing so much and that I had several symptoms that had been affecting me for a while, I just didn’t connect the dots to Menopause.
At the time they seemed unrelated; frequent waking in the night, hot flushes, brain fog, lack of concentration, feeling anxious & emotional, night sweats, urinary incontinence!
I now know that all of these are classic symptoms of perimenopause but at the time there was no education and no real support.
I set out to educate myself. I refused to become a hot and sweaty statistic and decided to commit to building a lifestyle that would support me through this transition with renewed energy and joy.
I completely changed my approach to diet and exercise and at 51 finally set aside a lifetime of negative body image and felt comfortable in my own skin.
Through this journey I became passionate about helping and educating other women so they don’t have to struggle like I did.
My NIche
I work specifically with women in perimenopause and menopause. I have completed the 3rd Age Woman Certification from Burrell Education and am able to guide & support women through the 5 Pillars of Menopausal Health that are key to thriving through menopause and beyond.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
