Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel or reschedule an individual coaching appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.

With less than 48 hours’ notice, the session will normally be considered used and will not be refunded or replaced. A missed appointment without notice will also be considered used.

If you arrive late, your session will normally finish at the originally scheduled time. Reasonable exceptions may be made by FortyFiftyFabulous in exceptional circumstances.

If FortyFiftyFabulous needs to cancel, every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time.

You may cancel before your coaching program begins. If cancellation is received at least 48 hours before your first scheduled session, any program fees already paid will be refunded.

Once your program has commenced, program fees are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law or where FortyFiftyFabulous is unable to provide the services purchased.

Choosing not to attend sessions, deciding not to continue, or failing to participate does not create an entitlement to a refund.

A payment plan is a way to pay the full program fee in installments, not a monthly subscription. If you cancel after the program has commenced, all remaining scheduled payments continue to be due.
