FortyFiftyFabulous LLC provides nutrition education, nutrition coaching, behavior change coaching, workshops, and related educational services.

FortyFiftyFabulous is operated by Sue Page, a certified nutritionist and nutrition coach.

The services provided are educational and coaching services. They are not medical care and do not replace advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a physician, Registered Dietitian, or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Information provided through this website, coaching programs, consultations, workshops, articles, newsletters, and other materials is for educational and informational purposes.

FortyFiftyFabulous does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or provide medical treatment.

You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, symptoms, medications, or concerns about your health.

If recommendations provided through coaching conflict with advice given by your healthcare provider, you should follow the advice of your healthcare provider and discuss any concerns with them.

Health and nutrition outcomes vary between individuals, and no particular outcome or result is guaranteed.

This distinction is worth keeping prominent. FTC guidance also requires objective health claims in marketing to be truthful, not misleading, and appropriately substantiated.

The specific services included in a coaching program will be described on the relevant service page, booking page, or individual coaching agreement.

Services may include consultations, coaching sessions, educational materials, resources, and communication between scheduled appointments.

Where an individual coaching agreement is provided, the terms of that agreement will apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions. If there is a conflict between the two, the individual coaching agreement will take precedence.

Prices will be displayed or agreed upon before purchase.

Payment may be required in full or through an agreed payment plan.

Where a payment plan is offered, it is a method of paying the total program fee in installments. It is not a monthly subscription and does not allow the client to cancel future payments simply by deciding to stop participating in the program.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay the full program fee according to the agreed payment schedule.

Individual coaching appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the scheduled session will normally be considered used and will not be refunded or replaced.

A missed appointment without notice will be considered used and will not be refunded or replaced.

If you arrive late for an appointment, the session will normally finish at the originally scheduled time.

Reasonable exceptions may be made at the discretion of FortyFiftyFabulous in exceptional circumstances.

If FortyFiftyFabulous needs to cancel an appointment, every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.

You may cancel your purchase before your coaching program begins.

If cancellation is received at least 48 hours before your first scheduled coaching session, any program fees already paid will be refunded.

Once your program has commenced, program fees are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law or where FortyFiftyFabulous is unable to provide the services purchased.

Choosing not to attend sessions, deciding not to continue with the program, or failing to participate does not create an entitlement to a refund.

If you are paying through a payment plan, any remaining payments continue to be due following cancellation after the program has commenced.

Coaching sessions and services must be used within the timeframe stated when the program is purchased.

Unused sessions do not automatically carry beyond the program period.

Extensions or pauses may be agreed upon by FortyFiftyFabulous where appropriate and must be confirmed in writing.

Terms for private, corporate, or in-person workshops may be agreed upon separately when the event is booked.

Where separate written terms are agreed upon for a workshop or event, those terms will take precedence over these general Terms and Conditions.

Any guides, workbooks, videos, articles, downloads, programs, or other materials provided by FortyFiftyFabulous are for your personal use unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, share, or commercially exploit these materials without written permission from FortyFiftyFabulous LLC.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website and materials supplied through FortyFiftyFabulous are owned by or licensed to FortyFiftyFabulous LLC.

This includes written content, program materials, graphics, videos, branding, worksheets, and other educational resources.

Access to those materials does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

Nutrition, health, fitness, and behavior change are influenced by many factors outside the control of FortyFiftyFabulous.

While services are provided with appropriate professional care, no specific health, weight, body composition, fitness, or other outcome is guaranteed.

Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another person will achieve the same result.

FortyFiftyFabulous aims to provide accurate, evidence-informed, and current information.

Health and nutrition evidence changes over time, and website content may therefore be updated.

Website information should not be relied upon as personalized medical advice.

The website may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply based on the consumer’s location.
